To improve engagement and through using research lead approached helping teachers to improve the quality of learning, both academic and skills for life.
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL LEARNING
Strategic Leadership, project management and support for 23 K12 schools in the UK moving from almost zero technology to 1:1 devices, a new LMS and integrated virtual classrooms using video conferencing. Supported by teacher training and collaborative project management. Teaching skills for life, transforming education and costing.
SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT ADVISER
Secondary School Improvement Partner for 7 schools and part of the strategic leadership team for the whole group of 26 schools. Leading curriculum change and coordination, improving consistency of delivery between schools and quality first teaching improvement, inspection preparation and support, SEND and policy support and design. Leadership development and training.
ICT ADVISOR AND SIP
Local Authority ICT advisor, SIP, Achievement for All (AfA) coach, governor, e-safety lead, and LA school trips lead. Overseeing, supporting schools and working with training schools to implement the computing curriculum. School improvement support through LA and AfA (qualified coach), Preinspection audits and single plan and school improvement plan advice and review. Head Teacher performance reviews, and support. Teacher, Class Tutor, Head of Department (ICT), Year Group Leader (10) and Head Teacher (multisite PRU), E-learning co-ordinator on a funded project to reduce NEET numbers in Bedfordshire using technology.
